My overall experience was very good, even close to excellent. I had a problem with my refrigerator and when I called for service everything was done fast in the very professional, timely manner. That definitely makes me feel that I made the right choice.
The technician called me to follow up before he came, which was nice. He showed up on time and discovered the problem quickly. After I gave approval for the repair, he went ahead and fixed the problem with our refrigerator, which was the heater in the freezer.
The only issue with that was that he forgot to connect back the ice maker and we had to call for a second visit. When he was supposed to come the second time, he was late. When he arrived, he told me that he had had two emergency calls, which is why he was late. I would be totally fine if he at least called us and let us know. This is the only challenge I experienced with the service. Since then, the refrigerator has been working great. And, after all, I would definitely use these guys again.
My only suggestion is that if you are running late, always call because people depend on you. That's why my rating is 4 out of 5.
